2. About FoodContent Studio
FoodContent Studio is a web-based platform that helps restaurants and hospitality businesses create, manage and publish social media content to Facebook and Instagram.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- maintaining the security of your account
- all activities performed under your account
4. Facebook and Instagram Access
FoodContent Studio connects to Meta services using the official Meta APIs.
By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account you authorize FoodContent Studio to:
- access the Facebook Pages you manage
- publish posts that you explicitly create
- publish Instagram content that you explicitly approve
FoodContent Studio never publishes content without your action.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create.
You grant FoodContent Studio permission to temporarily process your content solely for providing the service.
6. AI Generated Content
FoodContent Studio may use artificial intelligence services to generate text or images.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Features may change or be updated without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
FoodContent Studio is provided "as is".
We are not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of business
- loss of revenue
- social media platform outages
- changes made by Meta or third-party providers
9. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Account Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
