Data Deletion Instructions
FoodContent Studio respects your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data.
If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to FoodContent Studio, you may request deletion of your data at any time.
What data can be deleted
Upon request, we can delete:
- your FoodContent Studio user account
- your connected restaurant or business profile
- Facebook Page and Instagram connection identifiers stored in FoodContent Studio
- restaurant content and library items stored in FoodContent Studio
- activity logs associated with your account, where applicable
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email to:
Please include:
- the email address you used to register
- the name of your restaurant or business profile
- a short message requesting data deletion
Example:
“Please delete my FoodContent Studio account and all related restaurant data.”
Processing time
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.
Facebook and Instagram data
FoodContent Studio does not store your Facebook or Instagram password.
If you disconnect FoodContent Studio from your Facebook or Instagram account, we will no longer be able to access or publish to your connected pages.
You can also remove FoodContent Studio from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
